Bob Gale will continue to lead the Niagara Parks Commission (NPC) after being reappointed to the role of chair.
On Thursday, the Niagara Parks Commission announced that Premier Doug Ford had reappointed Gale, who originally took on the position a year ago, following the tenure of April Jeffs, who served as vice-chair and chair from 2019 to 2024.
The announcement highlighted that one of Gale’s first initiatives as chair was to reinstate public sessions during the monthly commission meetings, as well as ensuring that these meetings are recorded and made available online for public viewing.
